2000年參加音樂頻道Channel【V】的VJ徵選後出道，主持過包括天才衝衝衝、世界真奇妙、超級大頭目、週五八點檔…等十餘個節目，出版作品小說集《BA357》及親子教養書《艾莉絲×梨梨醬的法國教養日記：法國媽媽的育兒妙方×法國親子旅遊的私房景點大公開！》，參與戲劇、電影演出，橫跨主持、戲劇、廣告各大領域，演藝發展多元，精通中、英、日、法語等多國語言。
2010年，30歲的艾莉絲在演藝巔峰時期，請辭主持演工作，前往東京留學。35歲帶著女兒完成去巴黎的心願，開始學習法文，代理進口有機商品，成立「Oui
Organic唯有機」品牌，並將事業理念帶回台灣。
經常在粉絲專頁中，分享自己的創業經歷故事，也藉由文字和照片分享她與一雙兒女們在旅行、生活中的成長，以及異國教養方式所帶給她的新視野，讓粉絲們、媽媽族群們也能收穫更多不同的親子觀點。
In 2000, Iris became the host after joined the VJ audition for the
music channel “Channel [V], she has hosted more than ten programs,
including “Genius Go Go Go”, “Super Big Boss” and so on. She
published a collection of novels “BA357” and parenting books. Her
career spans variety fields of hosting, drama, and advertising, and
she is fluent in Mandarin, English, Japanese, French and other
languages.
At the age of 30 in 2010, Iris resigned from her acting job at the
peak of her career to study in Tokyo. At the age of 35, she took her
daughter to Paris and studied French to fulfill her wish and then
she started to be the agent to import organic products and
established Oui Organic brand and brought the business concept back
to Taiwan.
On her Facebook, she often shares stories about her entrepreneurial
experiences, as well as the growth of her children and their travel
through words and photos. She also shares her new perspectives
brought to her by western parental rearing styles, allowing fans and
moms can also gain more different parenting perspectives.
